At Wholesale Mopar Parts, Our mission is to get your vehicle back on the road immediately with 100% genuine Mopar parts. Because we sell at deep wholesale discounts, we adhere to a strict return policy to keep our prices low for all customers.

🔍 The "VIN-First" Fitment Guarantee

To ensure you receive the correct part the first time, we strongly encourage providing your 17-digit VIN at checkout.

  • If you do NOT provide a VIN: You assume all responsibility for fitment. Returns for "did not fit" or "ordered by mistake" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

✅ Return Requirements

All returns must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted via our [Contact Page] within 15 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Parts must be in brand-new, resalable condition.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original Mopar packaging with the original part number label intact and clean (no grease, tape, or writing on the Mopar box).

  • Documentation: A copy of the original invoice must be included.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)

Per manufacturer guidelines, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical Parts: (Sensors, modules, wiring harnesses, etc.) due to the risk of short-circuiting during "test" installations.

  • Installed/Tried Parts: If a part shows signs of being mounted, bolted, or "tried on," it is no longer resalable and will be refused.

  • Special Order Items: Parts not normally stocked and ordered specifically for your VIN.

  • Hazmat & Fluids: (Paint, oil, chemicals, or batteries).

  • Discontinued Parts: Items no longer in production by Stellantis.

💰 Restocking Fees & Shipping

  • Standard Returns: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspection, repackaging, and credit card processing fees.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by Wholesale Mopar Parts.

  • Refused Shipments: Orders refused at delivery will be refunded minus original shipping, return freight, and a 20% restocking fee.
